Today is a 90 mile ride to a barrier island off the coast of Alabama. Once again rain is a likely companion. Weather Bug says the humidity is 100%. Temps look to be in the 70s.
We stayed along I - 10 last night. We haven't been near the road since west Texas. We'll be along side the I 10 corridor for the rest of the way
The girls are caprivated by a jigsaw puzzle. Others are watching movies. First was My Cousin Vinny, now is Thirteen Days.
Frances and I cycled to the west end of the island during a short break I the rain. While walking along the beach, the rain returned. We got drenched. Frances went back to camp. I explored around the "business district" of Dauphine Island. I found the Lighthouse Bakery. Sitting in the porch were Gail, Marla and Marianne. I had coffee and a pecan, cinnamon roll while visited with them and dripping on the front porch.
